Positivity

Hummingbirds are known as bringers of joy and playfulness, often seen as messengers of hope.

Strength

Despite their small size, hummingbirds travel thousands of miles and don't shy away from larger birds. They teach us to persevere, not give up, and embrace positive change, even after setbacks or opposition.

Flexibility

Hummingbirds' wings beat surprisingly quickly, allowing them to hover and even fly backward. Adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness, are essential when working in sometimes complex and unpredictable environments, such as those in the Caribbean.

The hummingbird encourages perseverance, openness to change, adjusting course when necessary, and continuously seeking creative solutions.
